FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND FURTHER INFORMATION:
Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?

Your order was made outside of our normal business hours.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (Western Australian standard time: GMT + 8:00).

Your order will usually be processed within a couple of hours, but if your order was made outside of our local business hours you will not receive confirmation until we process the order during the next working day.

Your email address was typed incorrectly.
You may have incorrectly entered your email address on our shopping cart page, making it impossible for us to send your confirmation by email.

 

Are your prices in Australian or US dollars?

Unless otherwise stated all prices are given in Australian dollars ($AUD).

 

Do the prices include delivery?

No. All prices exclude delivery charges. Please go to our delivery section for more information on charges.

 

What forms of payment do Dial A Hamper accept?

At present our online shopping cart/e-commerce system only accepts credit card payment through our secure credit card form.
Please note that American Express and Diners Credit Cards attract a $3 fee on any order up to $100, with 3% charged on top of your order value on amounts greater than $100. 

Ordering by Phone or Fax:
Our online credit card form securely encrypts your credit card details so that any information you enter is quite safe. However, if you prefer not to send your credit card details across the Internet you fax them to Dial A Hamper on +61 (8) 9228 3126. You may also telephone the shop directly on +61 (8) 9381 9191

 

Is your ordering system secure?

All VeriSign web sites use a Secure Form (SSL) to collect credit card information. Our credit card form securely encrypts your credit card details, meaning that any information you enter is quite safe. You may also telephone us directly. We do not store your credit card details in a database or on-line ensuring security of your personal information.
